The man who was charged with critically injuring an infant will now face capital murder charges following the baby's death earlier this week.
Kaleb Ray Eisenmann, 21, of Springtown, was originally arrested Feb. 15 in connection with an incident related to a then-eight-week-old boy who, along with the child's older two siblings, Eisenmann was watching.
At the time of his arrest, Eisenmann told investigators that he got frustrated when the baby was crying and he could not get him to stop.
“I didn’t slam him in the bed,” Eisenmann told investigators.
