A Parker County sheriff’s deputy is recovering from a gunshot wound in his foot after he responded to a trespassing call on Monday, Nov. 12.
The person who shot the deputy was still at large as of press time Tuesday.
Around 5 p.m. on Nov. 12, the Parker County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) answered a trespassing call from a homeowner in the 400 block of Cattlebaron Drive, who said an unknown person was on his property hunting deer illegally, PCSO spokesperson Danie Huffman said.
